About us

We are standing at the frontier of a historic transition of the Australian energy market. Blueshore’s ambition is to enable and accelerate Australia’s achievement of this transformation toward a sustainable energy future.

Our mission Our values Our team

Our mission

As Australia rapidly shifts to a more sustainable generation profile, Blueshore is embracing this change by providing generators and investors with comprehensive service to protect and enhance the performance and compliance of their assets. Setting high standards in the delivery of technical and financial asset management services through a comprehensive scope of services built on their unique experience and know-how, Blueshore is positioned to partner with renewable generation asset owners to enable delivery of their goals.

Australia is commencing a dramatic structural shift in its energy generating base. In 2016 77% of electricity supply originated with coal generation. Over the next 2 decades approximately 70% of the country’s coal capacity will reach an age at which coal plants have typically been decommissioned.

Renewable energy now offers a low cost alternative to conventional generation and is viable without subsidy due to Australia’s exceptional solar and wind resources. As a result, Australia is commencing a dramatic and durable structural shift in its energy generating base as coal generation moves toward its inevitable impending shutdown and replacement with competitive clean technology. In order to succeed in this transition, renewable energy must prove its capabilities through operating to the highest standards of technical, financial and regulatory performance.

As the renewable energy asset base in Australia grows, investors and asset owners need to both comply with important grid, regulatory and market requirements and to ensure that the performance and administration of their projects delivers on business plan and stakeholder expectations. With experience in providing comprehensive technical and financial asset management services to over 88 individual generators, Blueshore’s team are well equipped to ensure both compliance and optimisation for their clients.

Working closely with our clients, Blueshore develops and delivers a comprehensive renewable energy management procedure tailored to the generators requirements:

  • High quality technical and financial performance reporting
  • Comprehensive stakeholder management
  • Monitoring and enforcement of contractual performance and service obligations
  • Administration of financial, inventory and regulatory requirements

Our ambition is to protect and enhance the performance of our clients renewable generation assets and through adopting and driving the highest standards, ensuring that our emerging renewable energy industry achieves its potential to lead in the next generation of energy resources.

Blueshore
